Returns
You may return the product unused, unopened and in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Once 14 days passed we will not be able to provide a refund or product exchange.
Please email us to process your return request. The return shipping fee will be the responsibility of our customers unless a defective or incorrect item was shipped.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at : business@markttech.com
