Natural finish puzzle is without oil finish. It comes to you in the natural state of the wood after careful sanding and attention provided to every puzzle created for you.

I want to clean and care for my wood items.

Every wood product that we make except for the cutting board (we use a food grade oil), is finished with 100% pure Naturals oil wax. This is sustainably produced, biodegradable, premium plant based oil wax. To continue to care for your wood items, polish your wood with natural based polish in inconspicuous part first to see the effect.

Oh my, I lost a puzzle piece or screw!

Not to worry at all! Send us a clear picture of the entire puzzle so we can spot the missing piece/s. We will mail it to you free of charge. However, we will not be able to provide missing puzzle piece for photo personalized puzzle. We apologize for this inconvenience.
